PT Terms & Conditions

BOOKING

Your preferred Personal Training days and times are shown as reserved and blocked out in The Onsen PT diary.

PACK DURATION

All ongoing Personal Training packs are a minimum commitment of 12 weeks.

CANCELLATION

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited.

Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice may be made up, subject to trainer availability and agreement on an alternative time.

TRAINER CANCELLATION

If the trainer cancels a session, it must be made up within 28 days.

Failure to do so may result in sessions accruing or changes to ongoing payments.

PAYMENTS / PAUSING

Payments may be paused for up to 8 weeks at a time, subject to a weekly holding fee of $7.50.

Pausing guarantees the ability to return to your preferred sessions.

TERMINATION

A minimum of 28 days' notice is required to cancel ongoing Personal Training services.
